I took these photographs during a vacation to the Chicago area during September 2006. I spent a couple of days in the city visiting landmarks such as The Chicago Cultural Center, Millenium Park, The Field Museum, The Brookfield Zoo and Navy Pier. Although my time spent there was short, I did get a chance to visit the Silk Road festival, which was a series of free concerts and art events going on at many locations throughout the city. Sitting in on the free concerts at Millenium Park had to be my favorite activity, as each concert had a unique presentation and style of music. I captured a lot of great images from the trip and am thankful for the opportunity to visit. I hope to go back very soon!
